A company or brand may not be listed in our database because

  • we don’t have information on its testing policies
  • it claims that it doesn’t test on animals but has not yet signed our statement of assurance
  • it does not sell in an eligible region (the U.S, Canada, India, or Germany)

If you represent a company that does not test on animals and would like to be listed in the database, please review the application materials to join our program.

Companies listed as “Working for Regulatory Change” conduct tests on animals only when required by law, are actively working for the replacement of animals with non-animal methods, and release to PETA all information about tests and what is done to avoid them.
